Problem to Solve

The Spectrum Health and Priority Health (Corewell Health) patient and member portals offers a slew of tools to help patients and insurance customers navigate their personal health. The addition of the tool MedNow allowed for patients to secure virtual office visits with their primary care physicians, and needed a way to integrate the registration and flow of data and button mapping.

By employing Axure RP as our primary tool, we effectively showcased the seamless integration of the MedNow tool into the patient portal. This laid a solid foundation for the collaborative efforts between our systems architects, design teams, and third-party software providers. The experience architecture design I crafted encompassed a harmonious fusion of information architecture, systems architecture, and button mapping. Notably, this design not only demonstrated the tool's functionality and user flows but also provided a comprehensive visual representation to our leadership team.
